General Process of Our Works

Caring and creative coverage geared towards your needs. Here is our communication and shooting process from initial meeting, booking through to delivery .
The coverage is geared towards you and your needs. I’ll sit down over coffee, talk over the phone or meet over skype with you and discuss  your needs and answer all of your questions.

I’m all about customizing your coverage to fit your needs, the way you want it.

When you book with me, I’ll send you my official email outlining the process that pertains to your coverage. Depending on the coverage you choose; I’ll be organizing your engagement shoot with you or suggesting vendors I love, to discussing your on-location headshot or helping you organize your photography needs for a family shoot.

During the time leading up to your coverage, you can follow me on the See Photography Facebook page and keep up-to-date with all of my shoots. You’ll see my happy clients and get inspired by the shots I take.

If your location is new to me, and if I can, I’ll try schedule time to go and scope out the location, talk with the location managers or coordinators. If it is your wedding coverage you have hired me for, I’ll take some quick shots to share with you at our pre-wedding meeting.

Iam the primary shooter. I shoot commercial and portraiture on my own and weddings I shoot with an assistant. Should the clients request a second photographer for their wedding day, we can provide investment details on this during our initial meeting. On occasion depending on the shoot time/location for portraits and commercial work I will also have an assistant.
I keep up-to-date with my equipment, routinely cleaned and always carry my backup. I am also insured both in my studio and on location.
During the coverage, I will do my best to make sure you (and/or your family, clients, etc) are comfortable, that your needs are being met and that we’re in clear communication about what I am or my team is shooting.

The final images are placed in an online proofing and ordering gallery, which is included in my pricing. I find this is a more economical and earth friendly way to save trees by not producing proofing prints and proof books. If clients would like a proof book, I can order these if it is requested and work the cost into the custom packages. The online proofing galleries are password protected, should you choose to make the password available to others that is up to you.
I provide the proofs for weddings and events 4-8 weeks after the event, depending on the package details and portrait sessions, 2-3 weeks depending on the package details. For corporate and business photography I can work in a time line with-in the initial quote.
